Skilled, steady, and community-minded.
- Licensed or license-eligible clinicians in the District of Columbia
- Community support workers and case managers with lived community knowledge
- Psychiatric prescribers comfortable with collaborative care
- Clinicians trained in trauma-focused, evidence-based practice
- People who communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
- Bilingual candidates, especially French, Spanish and Amharic
