Hospitals, primary care, schools, courts, shelters and case managers refer to New Hope because referrals do not disappear into a queue. Every referral is acknowledged, tracked with a reference number, and closed out with the referring partner.
Access to Care
Cost should never be the reason you go without care.
New Hope accepts most major insurance plans and DC Medicaid, and offers a sliding fee scale based on household income for clients who are uninsured or underinsured.
